Mechanics
While you attack it, the portal drains three prayer points every two ticks from anyone in range.
Once your prayer is empty it deals three damage instead. Destroying it gets rid of Vespula and lets you move on. Attacking it while Vespula flies enrages her. She lands at 23% health, which makes the portal safer. It's seven tiles away, so bring a weapon with 8-tile range.
