Alternatives

Other options by slot

The best melee pick for each slot and the next best options. Each percentage is the DPS you lose by swapping in just that item against Blood Moon.

The fight

Mechanics

She attacks with three hits rolled against your melee defence.

If one misses, the rest miss too. Every hit that lands heals her, and the third heals 3x the damage (30 to 50), so you need enough DPS to outpace it. After six attacks she alternates two specials. In blood rain, move off the pools. In blood jaguar, run to Eyatlalli's glyph and attack the jaguar. Damage you take from the pools or the jaguar heals her for 3x.
