Mechanics
It attacks with ranged, magic and stab, and you need the right prayer on before each hit.
In the Inferno it can melee every 4 ticks instead of 8, and the three on wave 68 are a little slower at 9. At half health it calls healers: five on wave 67, three on waves 68 and 69. It can one-hit you unless you're boosted with brews or anglerfish.
