The fight

Mechanics

The death spawns are the real problem.

Each one can have two out at a time. They only hit up to 2, but they hit through Protect from Melee and auto-retaliate ignores them, so you have to click each one. They stop attacking if you move more than 7 tiles away, and they don't spawn at all if the nechryael can't attack you. Safespotting behind the tables and buckets in the Slayer Tower stops them completely.
